DONATIONS
Donations can be made by mail, phone, fax or online. To donate by phone or fax, call Kirsten Harkins, the Executive Director of the Canadian MPS Society, at 604 924 5130, and mention that you would like the donation to be put into the MPS II Fund.
To donate by mail, please make a cheque payable to The Canadian MPS Society, write ‘MPS II Fund’ in the memo section, and mail it to: PO Box 30034, RPO Parkgate, North Vancouver, BC, V7H 2Y8. To donate online, please click on the logo, above, or go to www.mpssociety.ca.

‘GOT HOPE’ T-SHIRTS
Support the MPS II Research Fund and help spread awareness by purchasing a ‘Got Hope’ T-Shirt. These stylish American Apparel t-shirts come in children, youth and adult sizes. The back of the t-shirt has the MPS Society logo, Trey’s website address and ‘Envisioning a hopeful future for the families with MPS II’. All proceeds will be donated to the MPS II Research Fund.
